“The protagonist is Luis Lopez, a member of The Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers. His appearance was hinted at through mission cutscenes and the Xbox 360 achievement Impossible Trinity, but this was also fan speculation. The Northwood Dominican Drug Dealers are led by Willy Valerio and Teddy Benavidez. Valerio’s lieutenants are Alonso and Oscar Gomez. They are known to have recently begun working with Liberty City’s Mafia families. The gang is also said to be involved in underground streetfighting and drug dealing. Luis Lopez, the Dominican bodyguard of club owner and Ancelotti associate “Gay” Tony Prince, is also from Northwood and is a known friend of Valerio and the Gomez brothers. Benavidez is known to do business with the Pegorino Family through Ray Boccino.”
